I was raised in Waterhouse, Kingston, and immigrated to the USA in 1966. I presently reside in California and believe me it breaks my heart to view photos like these. I am not a millionaire but have been blessed to live a great life - if I may say so myself - and I've been fortunate to travel the world and see many places including other Caribbean countries and many parts of Asia and Europe. On my most recent trips to Jamaica I stayed at the resorts but also went to Kingston to see relatives. I'm here to tell you, the faces of my people in pictures are so beautiful that it's almost unbelievable to think they must live such a poverty-stricken life, not to mention surviving in an extremely dangerous environment. God bless them. Thanks for the photos.

Also, congratulations to Katie for getting scuba certified. Going deep into the water opens a whole new world of amazing shots that most people will never see.
